Today is the day! It has been an AMAZING first day of school so far — and it isn't even 10:00 yet! We are so blessed to have each and every one of your children with us. Thank you for trusting us with your most precious little ones! 💙
Below are a few important reminders as we kick off the year:
🚪 Walking Students to Class
Parents are welcome to walk their child(ren) to their classrooms for the first week. Starting Monday, August 17th, parents will no longer go past the green doors. We'll have extra staff on hand to help any students find their way down to their classrooms!
🍽️ Lunch Visits
The first couple of weeks are essential for students learning our routines and procedures. For that reason, parents won't be able to come up and eat lunch with their child(ren) until the week of August 24th. This gives our students time to learn and apply the cafeteria routines and procedures expected of them.
⏰ Morning Drop-Off
- Front doors open at 7:30am — please do not drop students off before then.
- The green doors at the front close at 8:00am.
- The tardy bell rings at 8:05am.
🚗 After-School Dismissal
A detailed map will be sent home with pickup instructions.
PK & Kindergarten — Picked up at the front of the school:
- 3:45pm Monday–Thursday
- 2:35pm on Fridays
1st–3rd Grade — Picked up in the back, out of the gym:
- Panther Way (Speed Bump Road) will be ONE-WAY, East to West, at the end of the day.
- Please form 2 lines (either line is fine!) so we can load your kiddos as safely and quickly as possible.
- You MUST have your pickup tag. Without it, you'll be asked to pull around front to the office to check in with your driver's license. This is for the safety of all students!
